If you have concluded a contract (an order) in our e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, fill in the notice below and press “I confirm the withdrawal”. We will immediately send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your notice, including its contents and the date and time of submission.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of submitting the notice. See also the terms of ordering.
